INTREE is equipped with a manual-type photo line, based on a Class 100 (coating room) and Class 1000 cleanroom facility. Using advanced deposition systems, we not only form various metal thin films but also carry out precise cleaning of substrates, quality inspection, analysis, and measurement after film formation. To ensure stable delivery of results and information that meet customer requirements, we continuously maintain and refine our systems and equipment.
